Your wearable data is used to produce your own Readiness and the things you asked us to help with, and for nothing else.

Peers see your band and your progress. They never see the biometrics behind them.

Your data is processed in the af-south region. Any transfer out of it rests on POPIA s72(1)(a).

You can withdraw a consent, restrict processing, object to analytics, ask for a copy of everything held about you, or close your account, from Settings.

Version history

Every version that has been published stays readable at its own address, because a retired version is what someone who accepted it agreed to.
