Linking a device
Open Settings, then Devices, and choose your provider. You sign in on their site, not ours, and you approve exactly which figures they hand over.
What is read
Sleep, heart figures and activity totals for your own account. Nothing is read from your phone contacts, your location or your calendar.
Unlinking
Unlink from the same screen. Your existing history stays, and no new nights arrive after you unlink.
