What this measures
Your provider estimate of how much oxygen your body can use at full effort, on the scale usually written as VO2 max. Thriverence relays the figure your device issued and computes none of it.
How your device works it out
Your provider models it from how your heart rate behaves during walks and runs, together with the profile details you gave it. It is issued every few weeks rather than nightly, which is why the line holds flat between issues and moves in steps.
What generally moves it
The profile your provider holds for you, how often you record outdoor walks or runs, heat, altitude, and a provider changing its own model, which can step the number without anything about you changing.
Why Thriverence shows it
It moves over months rather than nights, so it is shown on its own screen as issued points rather than being folded into a daily score.
What it is not
This is not a laboratory measurement and it is not a fitness test. It is an estimate, it is not a diagnosis of anything, and a low or high figure is not a statement about your health. The resources below are the way to reach a person about how you are feeling.
