Reset your password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The link is sent to the address on the account and is good for a short window, so ask for a fresh one if it has gone stale.
The verification mail never arrived
Check the junk folder first, then ask for it again from the sign-in screen. If it still does not arrive, write to us from this page: the contact form does not need you to be signed in.
Your workplace uses single sign-on
Use the Sign in with your workplace button rather than a password. An account created through your employer has no password of its own until you set one.
